PCB Assembly Quality Control

At the upstream stage, we choose to brand raw materials including UniOhm, Fenghua, Samsung, Yageo resistor and capacitor, TI, NXP, CJ, Toshiba, Fairchild, ST, Qualcomm, Micron, Infineon IC. Quality and lead time can be ensured due to our good relationship with these brands general agent. In this way, purchase cost and risk would be reduced to some degree.

Regarding solder paste, we use famous brands Senju and Loctite. Best solder paste will highly ensure soldering reliability during manufacturing course. Automatic solder paste printing machines make welding spot in uniformity. The 01005 accuracies of high-speed Fuji surface mount machines enable good productivity. Reflow soldering of 10 oven temperatures enables the best solution and freezing temperature of solder paste, so to enhance surface mount stability.

Inspection equipment such as AOI will join to detect the appearance of a welding spot and ensure materials posted by enough solder. What’s more, we can offer services of burning programming codes, in-circuit test, burn-in to reach high-quality requirements. At the delivery stage, we use anti-static electricity bubble bag and plastic bag outside to pack every printed circuit board, then place them into cartons. In this way, all PCBs are in perfect condition during air, ocean, vehicle transportation.

Process Control

Our refined quality process is not restricted to volume PCBA (printed circuit board assembly). We can implement it in all EMS (electronics manufacturing services), including printed circuit board prototyping, (NPI) new production introduction, engineering change orders, BGA reballing/rework, and any other repair/upgrade services.

By planting our distinct quality system into following 3 processes by application of different aspects of our operations, Leways Electronics ensure that every process is under documentation protection, international standards and frequently reviewed effectiveness, improvement opportunities, and conformance.

We will operate the process during Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) etc stages and management methods ISO, 7 sigmas, PDCA.
